We are first-time homeowners with a comfortable South Florida home, but little experience with home improvement projects.  Jan, with Above & Beyond, was exactly who we needed to guide us through our kitchen remodel.  When we let her know we wanted to replace our old formica countertops with granite, Jan sprang into action.  Her local contacts are invaluable. From measuring our kitchen, working with us to schedule a visit to a granite warehouse, helping us pick beautiful pieces of granite and negotiating for a remarkable insider's price, she made sure our needs were met.  The professional installation crew arrived on time and brought expertly cut pieces of granite. Within 4 hours our kitchen remodel was done. Jan was available for us the entire time.

The entire process was stress free and the final product fantastic.  We would highly recommend Jan and Above & Beyond to anyone with a project. Above & Beyond made our kitchen remodel a surprisingly pleasant experience!

As I was preparing myself for major shoulder surgery I was told I was going to need a lot of help. Being single and living alone I had many concerns. A friend of mine suggested that I contact Jan from Above & Beyond Personal Concierge. With one phone call all of my concerns were of no concern at all. Jan put together a plan that included meal preparations for breakfast, lunch and dinner that was easily heated up by a one-armed man. She made herself available for trips to the doctors for my appointments and trips to the grocery for food supplies.
